Ways to optimize dual monitors(avoid mouse going to 2nd monitor?)

I used photoshop for web design and the tools are very close to the edge, often my mouse goes to the 2nd monitor and it takes a second or two to bring it back. It's a hassle.
Is there a program or a way for a mouse not go to the 2nd monitor unless I either press a shortcut/button or something in that nature. 2nd monitor is ONLY being used for watching movies and for showing some computer tasks( cpu temperature, weather and having my music player there)
