Who has 16GB of RAM in their laptops?

Do you have 16GB of RAM installed, and if so, what applications do you run? How much RAM do you use during normal idle? Do you ever find it to be overkill?

I have a MacBook Pro 15" with an i7 processor and 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. Im curious if it's worth upgrading to 16GB of RAM? There are times when I only have 900mb of RAM free and I'm not even running any hardcore applications. I know this question is entirely dependant upon what applications I'm running, so here's the extent of what I'm running:

Photoshop CS6
iPhoto
Aperture
Final Cut
Encoding / converting videos
