Is this laptop a good deal?

Hello Friends

Was looking to buy a decent laptop for home use. The purpose would be general work and surf not much of gaming and came across this laptop as FS. It says not available online but will try and checking it out in store to see if they have it but wanted to know any general opinion on how this laptop is:
