AppleTV 3 Jailbreak announcement

Don't know whether this is legit or not, but two sites (and a repost) announced an Apple Tv (3rd gen) jailbreak to be released this week:

Would love to see if anyone can give their opinion on whether fake or legit?

If legit, then this would make AppleTV 3rd gen really really hot.
