Looking to buy a Printer for very minimum use

Hi

I am planning to buy a printer. I want to use it for personal use like printing maps for direction, coupons and forms. approximately 5 pages a week
I did my research on Inkjet vs Laser. what i found out is if inkjet is left off for few months the ink dries up. however laser works for long time.

I have found the following printer.

Samsung ML-2165W Monochrome Laser Printer
- 20 PPM Mono, 1200 x 1200 DPI
- USB/Wi-Fi Direct Connectivity

Average price for this printer is around 80 or 90 dollors but Canada computers is selling it for 60 bucks

is it a good buy or do u guys suggest any other printer.

note . i checked FS, best buy, tiger direct, newegg , amazon but the cheapest i found was on canada computers ...
