Since Cogeco increased the bandwidth on their internet plans, the internet speeds when it comes to torrents are insanely slow. The highest I have had so far is 50 kilo bytes per second. On the last few days of March I have speeds reaching 1.5-3 Mega Bytes per second. While some torrents are the issue since the latest ones i have been downloading are Game Of Thrones which has 100,000 seeders but 50,000+ leachers others with 80-20 seeders-leachers ratio still take forever. It took about 5 hours each to download an episode of Community when it usually takes 20-30 minutes maximum.
I just hope if Cogeco is throttling it, it goes back to normal soon.
