Laptop Memory: Corsair vs Crucial

Hi guys, I'm doing some upgrades on my two year old Samsung QX410 laptop. Recently bought the OCZ Vertex 3 and looking to upgrade to more RAM. I currently have 4GB and my PC can support up to 8GB. Samsung QX410-S01CA. Memory type is DDR3 PC3-10600 with an Intel Mobile HM55 chipset.

I'm looking at these two and don't know which one to buy. Corsair is 25$ cheaper than the Crucial

Which one would be better? Or are they both the same? If so why the price difference?
