Laptop for my Mother

Hi All!!!!

I'm hoping you guys will be able to recommend a laptop for my Mom as I've seen a lot of great people on here with awesome advice!. I've been scouring the internet for deals (in Canada) for the past month and either I've missed some good deals or they are just not in her price range.

I'm looking for the following in the sub-$500 range:

i3 or i5 processor or comparable AMD (i5 preferred as this will probably be the last computer she buys)
=> 6gb RAM
15.6" LED screen
Webcam
Windows 7 (not sure if she's ready for Windows 8, and I have read mixed reviews on Windows 8)

I know these specs are a tall order in the sub-$500 range but she is retired and on a somewhat fixed income.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
