Need help suggestions?

Ok part 2 of this project so i swapped everything into my new case anyway's now there is no post on the screen i also purchased a new power supply / video card so these are not the issues any other ideas?

I have everything disconnected currently i only have Motherboard 4 sticks of ddr3 ram psu plugs and that's all and of course vga cable/

I do not have the motherboard in the case i have it on a flat surface with everything connected i have described up above

i tried hdmi on my new video card on my tv so i can narrow out my computer screen

I'm thinking it has to do with the motherboard not 100% sure tho
