Higher res screen laptop for under $700?

Hi,

I need to get a laptop with a better screen res. Just wondering if anyone out there knows of better deals than I have found:

Thinkpad T430 - about $800 with a 1600 * 900 screen plus backlit keyboard, mSATA SSD

Latitude E5430 - about the same price when bluetooth and so on is added.

I am currently using a 13.3 incher, do NOT want to go to 15.6 inch, so 14inch or less.

I'm sure there are better coupons and so on that could bring these prices down and cashback to be had.

I'd be perfectly happy with a 13.3 inch or 14 inch Vostro if only they did a higher res screen. Don't really want a clunky chunky lump!

I've thought about the Acer Iconia W700 but the i3 version only has HD 3000 graphics; I'd much prefer HD 4000 at a minimum.

Tough set of asks?

TL;DR:

14 inch or less
1600 * 900 or higher
As much under $800 as possible
No optical drive preferred!
