Do you think this future device is realistic for $599?

I'll be in the market for a new protable device later this year (Nov/Dec). Do you think something like this would be available by then for $599?

10-11" 1920x1080 screen with keyboard dock (a la Transformer series)
Wireless ac, bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 port (on dock)
32GB is fine with a microSD slot
...with Windows 8 Pro

Realistic?
