Hello All,
Hoping for some advice on how to pull this off as cheap as possible. I have a PC with an HDMI/DVI/VGA out graphics card, I was hoping to get this PC connected to an old tv that only has composite. Yeah yeah I know buy a new TV but there is already a really discreet composite (red white, and yellow cable) pulled to the TV. I suppose an S-Video output would do too as I could purchase an s-video -> composite adapter.
What is the lowest cost option to get this thing online, don't really care about used parts or anything, so if you have the part PM me please.
There is 1 PCI-express x1 slot free, and the current graphics card occupying the PCI-express x16 slot.
There is zero gaming done on this machine so I don't mind replacing the x16 card (currently a Radeon HD4350), so long as it doesn't downgrade the usual day to day experience of windows 7, watching video files (non HD) and surfing with many tabs open.
I have a US shipping address / amerifriend so if there is a better US only source please let me know.
Your advice is appreciated.
