Does anyone know from experience what are the terms of sale for clearance sale items through CC. I inquired about an item on clearance and the guy on the phone said those are final sale, no refunds, no warranty support through CC. There is nothing about that in the Warranty and Returns page on their website. Can they actually refuse to take back or service a defective product if it's not in their policy to do so.
