Portable hardrive

Looking for a portable drive, thinking to get this Toshiba Canvio black 750GB from NE ($70 with free shipping). It has USB3 but I will not use it. It also has 3-years warranty. Any advise on this product. How is Toshiba? Wonder which drive is inside? Thanks.
