FS Lenovo refurbished question

It's time for a new computer and the Lenovo refurbs look fine for my use. One that I liked was a V570 but is OOS...they have another (larger ram) that is available but not on sale.

Should I just buy the 2nd, more expensive one, or will the OOS sale one come back in stock? I'm wondering if these refurbs go on sale when there are only a few left and once they're gone, they're gone?
I've only just read, here on RFD, about these refurb's and wonder if anyone else sells them? The one year warrantee is great incentive...
