Laptop choice for college student for Autocad use under $650?

Hi, I have a friend who will be going to design courses in college. She will be using Autocad program. Just wondering what is the preferred choice for her to buy a laptop under $650 tax in. Will she need a dedicated video card or the new AMD chipset will be good enough.
